What to expect

A person replies within one UK business day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). If your issue needs longer to resolve, the reply says who is handling it and when you will hear from us next.

Verdatum does not store your questions or the answers you received — see the privacy policy — so support cannot look up your conversation. The more of this you include, the faster the answer:

Connection and access problems

If Verdatum will not connect or you are told your organisation is not entitled, say so in your message and include the email domain you signed in with. Access is contracted at organisation level, so entitlement questions are usually resolved with your organisation's administrator on copy.

Security

To report a suspected security vulnerability, email support@verdatum.ai with "security" in the subject line. These are acknowledged within one UK business day and handled ahead of routine requests.
