Verdatum support

For help with Verdatum, email support@verdatum.ai.

What to expect

A person replies within one UK business day, Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. If the issue needs longer, the reply will name its owner and say when you will hear from us again.

Include the profile references

Verdatum does not keep your AI assistant's conversation. To help us find the right service records without your full prompt, include:

Paste only the smallest relevant part of your conversation. Do not send credentials, access tokens or confidential material that is unrelated to the problem.

Connection and access problems

If Verdatum will not connect, include the host and the email domain you used to sign in. If the service says your organisation is not entitled, copy your organisation's administrator into the message.

Every customer organization (the tenant) is entitled to the core intelligence domain. It may additionally be entitled to life_sciences across every profile in that tenant. Domain entitlement is separate from source, jurisdiction, record-type and freshness coverage. Support can explain the current state, but only an authorised administrator can request an entitlement change.

How the service works

Verdatum supports 3 workflows, one per published tool:

  1. Resolve one organization.
  2. Read its profile manifest.
  3. Read one immutable projection version.

The 3 tools are the whole surface: they complete every supported workflow, and there is nothing else to connect to. Verdatum runs no hosted monitor. Change detection belongs to your client: it reads the profile again on its own schedule and compares each entry's projection-version identifier with the one it retained. Read with backoff at the cadence your workflow needs; do not rapid-poll.

Profile and evidence problems

Tell us whether the problem concerns:

Verdatum reports unsupported or incomplete coverage explicitly. In the intellectual_property projection, content.trademarks.state is unsupported and the projection carries limitation code trademark_source_unsupported. An empty trademark collection is not evidence that no trademarks exist. This is a product boundary rather than a connection fault.

Prospective customers

If your organisation does not yet have a contract, email sales@verdatum.ai.

Privacy and data rights

For privacy questions or data protection rights, email our data protection officer at privacy@verdatum.ai. The privacy policy explains what Verdatum stores and why.

Security

To report a suspected security vulnerability, email support@verdatum.ai with security in the subject line. We acknowledge security reports within one UK business day and handle them before routine requests.
